Director of Innovation, Motorola Solutions

Graeme Stanley has been involved with technology and communications in Australia for over 25 years. Graeme has been instrumental in the delivery of major public safety projects and leading solution developments since joining Motorola Solutions in 1999.

Formal qualifications in engineering, project management and business has enabled Graeme to focus on leveraging technology to deliver operational and business driven outcomes to stakeholders. Over 12 years as an active volunteer with the State Emergency Service in various roles has developed his empathy and provided him with a unique understanding with serving Australia’s public safety agencies. Graeme is passionate about innovation and facilitating the application of new technology in a manner that benefits the end user and enabling public safety agencies to transition to intelligence based solutions.

This passion has been recognised with the first ever appointment of someone from Australia to the Motorola Solutions Science Advisory Board.

As a contributor to Motorola Solutions’ transition to a solutions focus, Graeme has been a part of the team developing the Next Generation Mobile Intelligence strategy and driving the Australian and New Zealand implementation.
