Steve Hwang is responsible for driving public sector business development activities in several Asia Pacific countries for Nokia Enterprise and is based in Nokia’s Seoul Office.
Steve engages with key public sector customers, industrial partners and telecommunication operators on mission-critical and business-critical network solutions for public safety, smart cities, defence and government-driven broadband initiatives.
He has a successful sales and business development track record with over 22 years in end customer engagement and partnership with mobile network operators and system integration companies in public sector and commercial mobile network business sector. Steve has been with Nokia for the past 8.5 years and previously was with Ericsson and Samsung Electronics.
He has been deeply involved in driving the development and adoption of mobile broadband networks for public safety and other mission-critical applications in South Korea.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Soongsil University, Seoul, South Korea.
