Mark Austen has over 25 years’ experience in ICT and Business Operations. Mark has held senior positions within Financial Services, Business Process outsourcing and the ACT Government Emergency Services.

Mark is currently the project lead for the ACT Government Emergency Services Agency responsible for the delivery of critical ICT systems. This includes the recent Computer Aided Dispatch system upgrade, revamp of the territories’ P25 trunked radio network, radio terminal replacement program and implementation of the Air to Ground Specialist Intelligence Gathering technology. Mark has also delivered complex ICT and business solutions for Westpac Bank, City of Sydney Council, Harness Racing and Greyhound Racing NSW.
